工作描述
岗位职责（具体工作内容） 1. 智能决策与算法建模：参与用户行为预测、价格弹性建模及多目标决策优化，探索深度学习、因果推断、强化学习（RL）等方法，解决真实业务场景中的复杂建模与策略优化问题。 2. 模型架构探索与优化：参与模型结构设计、训练策略优化及算法迭代，研究多任务学习、异质性建模、序列决策等技术，提升模型的预测能力、泛化能力与决策效果。 3. Agentic Model Development：探索基于 AI Agent / Harness 的模型自主迭代机制，构建涵盖算法方案生成、代码开发、实验执行、自动评估与反馈优化的闭环，推动 AI 驱动的算法研发。 4. 实验评估与工程落地：参与大规模数据分析、离线实验、策略回测及线上 A/B 实验，完善模型训练与评估流程，推动算法在真实业务中的持续优化与落地。 …
