工作描述
岗位职责（具体工作内容） 我们是滴滴国际化出行算法团队，团队正在高速发展阶段，拥有海量空间。 岗位职责： 1、面向国际化出行推荐/分单系统,搭建 Agent 编排框架: 负责多Agent系统化建设, 提升 Agent 执行效率、稳定性与成本效率; 围绕多轮 Agent 调用链路, 优化 LLM 请求组织、上下文复用、Prompt Cache、Token使用效率与长上下文性能。 2、设计 Multi-Agent 系统与调度(Harness、Loop): 参与搜索/执行 Agent 框架(Harness)建设：工具调用、规划、记忆、环境交互的统一编排; 实现多智能体调度与协作(任务分配、动态调度、Agent间通信、对齐、冲突解决)。 3、长记忆、自进化与数据闭环(Self-Evolve): 参与 Agent 长期记忆机制、跨上下文知识整合;参与 Self-evolve / Self-improvement / RSI的落地探索，自动化参数调优、训练流程自动化、AI辅助算法设计、模型迭代闭环。 4、评测与 Reward / Verif…
