任职要求
1、2026届毕业生, 硕士及以上学历, 计算机、数学或统计学等相关专业优先 2、对NLP和大模型有基本了解，能够在指导下独立完成模型训练、调优 3、具有较强的数据结构和算法功底，能够灵活的利用算法能力解决业务痛点 4、熟练掌握Python语言，及Pytorch、TensorFlow至少一种框架，具有较强的代码能力 5、有较好的沟通能力，团队合作能力，稳定性强。
工作职责
1、参与内容安全文本过滤算法设计，对算法进行调优，满足集团业务对内容安全效率和效果的要求，降低集团因内容安全造成风险的风险 2、参与大模型安全建设，搭建集团大模型安全围栏，设计应用大模型解决内容安全机审问题，大模型应用到从训练、推理、到引导人审分流机审全生命周期，利用大模型算法提升内容安全整体能力 3、参与业务算法设计，探索算法与业务结合方案，解决业务痛点，在重点场景深入优化风控效果。
