工作描述
岗位职责： 1、交易策略优化： 利用机器学习、运筹优化等技术，参与网约车交易市场的核心算法研发，包括但不限于智能权益、动态定价、司乘匹配、品类推荐等场景，持续提升平台的交易效率与用户体验； 2、 数据建模与分析： 基于海量真实出行数据，构建和迭代用户行为预测、供需预测、订单取消率预估等预测模型，为精细化运营提供决策基础； 3、算法工程化落地： 在mentor指导下，将离线训练的算法模型进行线上部署与工程化，参与特征工程、模型训练、效果验证到全量上线的完整链路，解决实际落地中的工程与算法问题； 4、效果评估与迭代： 设计科学的离线与在线评估体系，通过A/B实验验证算法收益，对模型效果进行持续监控、归因分…
