任职要求
1、2026届毕业生，本科及以上学历，热爱互联网技术，专业不限 2、编程基本功扎实，掌握JAVA、C、C++、PHP、GO等其中一门或多门语言，了解shell、Python等脚本需要优先 3、熟悉计算机网络、数据库、操作系统原理，具有网络编程、数据库使用、多进程&多线程编程实践经验优先 4、知识体系完整，熟悉软件工程、设计模式、网络安全、编译原理、大数据处理等知识领域，如有布式系统设计研发、负载均衡技术、系统容灾设计、系统高可用设计、系统可扩展性设计经验优先 5、英语流利，可以作为工作语言使用优先，积极热情、自我驱动、善于沟通、具有创造性思维。

1、参与国际化业务的技术构建工作，为国际化体系提供有力的业务技术保障 2、参与国际化业务中台、增长中台的工程体系和数据体系建设，赋能业务团队、增长团队、运营团队，为业务快速迭代、用户增长运营提供基础架构设施和体系化解决方案 3、参与国际化稳定性建设，基于混沌工程理论，构建事前、事中、事后的稳定性体系，保障服务稳定性，为国际化体系保驾护航。
