工作描述
岗位职责（具体工作内容） 自动驾驶数据分析与量化评估： 基于海量自动驾驶路测、仿真及运行数据，运用统计分析、数据挖掘和机器学习等方法，构建自动驾驶算法评估指标，量化分析自动驾驶系统的表现与能力边界。 评价指标设计与落地： 结合自动驾驶系统行为、交通场景及典型问题，挖掘关键评价维度，设计和开发自动化评价指标与分析方法，并推动其在日常测试、算法评估及迭代优化中的应用。 算法表现追踪与问题挖掘： 基于数据指标持续追踪自动驾驶算法的性能变化，识别异常表现、潜在风险及性能退化，分析问题产生的规律和原因，为算法优化和测试决策提供数据支持。 对比分析与能力提升： 通过不同算法版本、不同交通场景以及人类驾驶与自动驾驶表现的对比分析，发现自动驾驶系统的薄弱环节和优化空间，推动…
