1.负责支付宝商家平台，服务商平台和开发者平台pc/移动端阵地及B端服务的智能化创新， 构建和优化商户/服务商/开放生态场景的AI服务能力，利用人工智能技术提升服务体验和经营效率，推动服务满意度和业务增长 2. 敏锐洞察客户和行业变化趋势，具有创新思维，熟悉人工智能应用技术结合B端商户特性有针对性进行产品规划和设计创新 3.承担产品规划、用户调研、商业分析、解决方案、功能与流程设计等工作，并负责产品相关的项目跟进与管理； 4.协调运营、UED、技术等团队以及其他关联产品，整合资源，推动产品落地；
协助资深项目经理完成项目全过程管理，包括需求调研、方案设计、进度跟进、交付与验收。 Assist senior project managers in end-to-end project management, including requirement gathering, solution design, progress tracking, and delivery acceptance. 组织和协调跨部门会议，撰写会议纪要并跟进落实，确保项目顺利推进。 Coordinate and organize cross-functional meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items to ensure smooth project execution. 制定和跟踪项目计划，及时识别风险并推动解决。 Develop and monitor project plans, identify risks, and assist in driving timely resolution. 整理与维护项目文档（如需求说明、测试报告、周报、用户手册等）。 Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirement specifications, testing reports, weekly updates, and user manuals. 参与客户沟通与培训，协助解决实施过程中的问题。 Support client communication and training, assisting in resolving issues during implementation. 积极学习项目管理方法和工具（如 PMP、敏捷、Jira、Confluence），提升专业技能。 Actively learn project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence) to improve professional skills.。
