任职要求
·       Bachelor’s degree or above.
·       Comprehensive understanding of the quality management system/standards (e.g. ISO9001, VDA 6.3, CMMI, ISO27001…etc.)
·       Familiar with various product development process (like Gate-stage, Agile, Lean, waterfall…etc.)
·       Familiar with quality methodologies and tools (e.g. 6-sigma, 8D, A3, FMEA, PDCA…etc.)
·       Rich experiences and deep understanding of all the quality/process related activities
·       Industry Automation background (Process Automation preferred)
·       Good communication and coordination skills
·       Bottom-line thinking with flexibility based on actual situation
·       Open minded and collaborative
·       Strong coaching skills
·       Fluent English

What are my responsibilities? 
·       Product Quality Management:
o    Establish, implement and maintain the comprehensive product R&D quality management system with alignment with Headquarters (Siemens global R&D / PLM quality standard)
o    Lead the product and process audits to ensure compliance with standards/guidelines
o    Manage product/process change to ensure product quality
