What are my responsibilities?
1. Architecture & Security Foundation
Design, implement, and oversee scalable cybersecurity architectures for Siemens’ IT/OT landscapes; protect critical assets/data from threats, enable secure digital transformation, and ensure global regulatory/internal policy compliance.
2. Chengdu Site Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment
• Coordinate Chengdu Site’s cybersecurity operations, aligning with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with Region CEO/CFO, IT/OT, Product/R&D teams to tie cybersecurity to business objectives.
• Coordinate the execution of governance (refine/track controls) for internal/external compliance.
3. Strategy & Ecosystem Development
• Define and coordinate the landing of cybersecurity service/governance frameworks (IT/OT/products/solutions) to meet business needs.
• Define and coordinate the landing of Building SEWC Site’s (BL/Factory) cybersecurity ecosystem (authorities, customers, peers, etc.).

You'll make an impact by 一、岗位概述 我们正在寻找一位具有 3-5 年工业人工智能或者工业垂类大模型的候选人，帮助公司将 AI 技术深度融入生产制造全流程。您将与生产、质量、设备、IT/OT 团队协同，利用大模型、机器学习、深度学习与工业数据为制造现场创造切实可见的价值，提高产量、良率与设备稼动率，降低能耗与维护成本。 二、核心职责 1.能耗分析 • 分析高能耗设备数据，识别节能潜力 •设计并实施能效优化方案（工艺改进、设备升级、控制策略优化等） •开发能耗预测模型与实时优化算法 2. 预测性维护 • 采集并分析振动、声学、电流、电压等多模态传感器数据，构建剩余寿命预测（RUL）和故障预警模型。 • 将模型结果集成到 EAM/CMMS，实现从“计划检修”到“按状态检修”的转变。 3. 工艺与流程优化 • 运用时间序列分析、贝叶斯优化或强化学习，寻优关键工艺参数（温度、压力、速度等），提升良率、降低能耗和物料损耗。 • 与生产计划团队协作，开发动态排产与库存优化算法，缩短生产周期。 4. 数据工程 & MLOps • 搭建数据采集、清洗、标签管理及特征工程流程，保证数据质量和实时性。 • 负责模型在云端或边缘侧部署、监控与迭代，确保在工业环境下的稳定、低时延运行。 5. 跨部门协作 • 与 OT（PLC/SCADA/MES）及 IT 团队对接，实现从设备到模型再到业务系统的数据闭环。 • 将技术成果沉淀为规范、文档与最佳实践，提升公司 AI 工程化能力。
