任职要求
• 5年以上硬件开发经验，专注行业为继电保护等电力二次设备硬件平台；工业PLC等工业自动化控制硬件平台；
• 拥有构建硬件平台的能力，对于电源分配，接口设计，EMC设计等有丰富经验；
• 拥有EDA工具的使用经验，最好能有Mentor工具的使用经验；
• 拥有丰富的电路设计经验，包括Processor & MCU最小系统， 数字量输入输出电路，模拟量采集电路，通讯电路等电路；
• 产品型式试验和产品认证有相关经验；
• 对于电力系统及其自动化，电力电子，自动化，电子技术等相关专业本科以上学历；
• 硬件平台构建能力；
• 硬件电路设计能力；
• EMC和认证相关知识；
• PCB Layout能力；
• 对信号完整性和电源完整性的分析能力；最好具有相应仿真能力。
