l Bachelor’s degree or above in machinery or specially in material technology l More than five years’ work experience within epoxy manufacturing or the related fields: such as epoxy design, epoxy parts manufacturing, epoxy mold design, etc. l Deep know-how of the epoxy parts regards parts design, manufacturing, mold design, verification tests and failure mode analyzing, etc. l Basic knowledge of the epoxy material: types, suppliers, applications, characteristics, etc. l Internal Personal & Personal: Communication Skill. l Leadership: Change Management l Project management experience is preferable. You’ll make an impact by l Be responsible for the epoxy parts introduction, including supplier audit, epoxy mold & process checking and confirming; samples releasing tests, result analysis l Teamwork with other departments in regards of the quality / manufacturing issue of epoxy parts. l Maintain intensive communication with SWF epoxy team and experts to ensure the process is well implemented and the information sharing timely. l Be responsible for optimizing the existing epoxy parts such as design upgrading, upgrading or introducing new manufacturing methods, upgrading tools / processing, etc. l Support Production line to solve the related technical / quality problems.

Taking special account of functional, Manufacturing and installation aspects as well as economic aspects. - Create samples and prototypes to test the concepts, include the preparation, monitoring, and evaluation of development tests as well as the derivation of improvement measures from the results. - Work together with simulation and technical testing and coordinating with internal and external partners (Headquarter in Germany, Suppliers etc.) - Cooperate with relevant departments to do new product introduction and production line set up. - Release of new parts according to related process
