Prepare business presentation for executive management to support strategic decision making. • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive financial excellence. Set-up and optimize financial controlling concepts, system and relevant processes. • Brings data from different systems in business specific context. Operates and optimizes pre-defined tools, finance applications, other key financial instruments and/or data management systems. Focusing on the research and development, production, and service of high-precision intelligent measuring instruments such as intelligent pressure transmitters, valve positioners, and flow meters, we provide customers with one-stop and comprehensive innovative solutions. The product is widely used in water, chemical, OEM, steel, electricity, pharmaceuticals, data centers, etc. Deeply rooted in the concepts of digitization and lean in every aspect of production and operation, we provide customers with efficient and reliable high-quality products and services, help them succeed, and jointly move towards an intelligent future. You’ll make an impact by • Serve as a true business partner, leveraging your financial expertise and digital acumen to drive operational excellence and support the factory's growth ambitions. • Provide in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making for management • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team to identify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial performance • Spearhead the implementation and optimization of digital controlling tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and insights • Act as a trusted advisor to the factory management, translating complex financial data into actionable business recommendations • Lead special projects and initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvement innovation and cost optimization • Contribute to the development of the factory's long-term financial strategy and roadmap • Monitor the progress of investment, projects ,expense development , pricing fluctuation and other operation which may influence company's profitability fulfillment and escalate to management when necessary • Monitor product cost development and identify the product cost reduction measures with other function departments to keep SSCL product cost competitive advantage • Coordinate with process compliance and audit process

1. 财务流程诊断与优化：全面梳理集团核心财务流程（包括成本核算、采购到付款、订单到收款、固定资产管理、存货核算、关联方业务等），识别关键风险点并制定应对方案，确保合规性、准确性和高效性； 2. 标准化与内控建设：制定标准化财务流程手册，完善集团财务内控矩阵与关键审批点，定期更新内控审批权限，推动有效、高效的审批机制； 3. 跨部门协作优化：优化财务BP与生产部门的成本数据对接、税务与资金团队的合规申报流程等跨部门协作流程； 4. 风险监控与预警：设计财务风险预警指标（如单位晶圆成本波动、设备利用率异常、存货周转天数超标等），定期执行财务流程合规性审计，确保符合中国会计准则及国际财务报告准则双重要求； 5. 内控评价与培训：组织开展专项财务内控有效性评价，出具内控评价报告并跟进业务改善闭环管理，同时提供财务内控方面的培训和指导，提升团队内控意识与能力。
