Your Mission
As the General Manager, you will embody an entrepreneurial mindset, taking full ownership of APT’s business in China. Your mission is to lead all customer relationship management (CRM) functions—including sales, product management, R&D, and customer service—inspiring your team to drive profitable growth and strengthen APT’s leadership in the market.
Key Responsibilities
• P&L Management:​ Take full responsibility for the profit and loss performance of APT, ensuring strong financial health and sustainable growth as a key branch of Siemens EP China.
• Strategic Direction:​ Define and communicate a compelling vision and strategic roadmap, set clear KPIs, and empower a high-performing team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Business Alignment:​ Ensure APT’s strategies align seamlessly with Siemens EP China’s objectives, delivering consistent and measurable results.
