任职要求

工作职责
Mission of Function? Acquiring of test resources and reserving the test equipment to execute the system test, such as function testing, performance testing and etc according to the designed test cases. What are my responsibilities? • Participate in requirement and design document review from system test perspective. • Create system test case according to product requirement specification, feature specification and related regulation together with TC, development engineers and other experts in test organization. • Design and prepare the test setup and environment according to the test plan. • Perform the defined test according to the test plan from user point of view. • Record the product error during test and support the debug process together with development engineers. • Generate and archive system test report. • Maintain system test rack according to the latest automation test engine requirement • Participate in multi-national teams and international projects (e.g China, Europe etc…) • Analysis and support of field problems. • Awareness for occupational safety / work safety • Other assignments arranged by line manager according to business needs
1. 负责机器人电子电气系统（如驱动器、控制板、电源模块、线束及连接器等）的测试标准制定，涵盖功能、性能、可靠性及安全性（参考ISO、IEC、GB等国际/国内标准）。 2. 编写测试规范、验收准则及标准化文档，确保符合产品需求及行业法规（如CE、UL认证要求）。 3.设计从研发到量产的完整测试流程，包括DV/PV测试、产线终检、老化测试等环节。 4. 开发自动化测试方案（如LabVIEW/Python脚本），提升测试效率与数据可追溯性。 5.参与测试设备选型（如多通道数据采集卡、高精度电源、示波器等）及测试环境搭建。 6. 协同硬件团队设计测试工装（如治具、自动化测试脚本、非标设备）。 7. 与研发、质量、生产部门对接，推动测试标准落地，分析测试失效根本原因（RCA）。
