Be bold and apply now for Technology & Financial Auditor in Beijing www.siemens.com/cfa You’ll make an impact by • Drive pre-audit planning and perform analyses to ensure that all risks and controls are identified • Manage global client contacts and auditees, solidifying CF A as a trusted advisor and help manage risks for Siemens • Interview clients in order to extract crucial information • Use analytical skills to identify root causes of findings and assist clients in developing improvement measures • Participate in closing meetings with management and support discussions with drawn conclusions from the engagement
You'll make an impact by • Proficient in strategic supplier evaluation and selection, with demonstrated expertise in conducting comprehensive cost analysis and leading complex negotiations. • Possesses strong capabilities in developing long-term supplier strategies and implementing robust risk management frameworks to ensure supply chain resilience. • Drive supply chain performances, including continuous optimization of cost competitiveness, supply chain flexibility, and resilience. • Drive digitalization over the complete supply chain, including digitalization at suppliers' end, to enable the whole supply chain to operate on the same level of digitalization thus guarantees efficiency and quality • Full-process collaborative management: covering the closed loop from supplier sourcing to logistics scheduling, to ensure key supply chain/logistic KPIs are well performed. • Intelligent Decision Support: optimizing supply chain strategies through the application of digital/AI technologies, such as demand forecasting and risk early warning. • Requirements Analysis and System Deployment: communicate with clients on business requirements, configure supply chain management software (such as SAP, Oracle SCM), complete data import, testing, and go-live support. • Strategic thinking and acting: Contributes to strategic change through a deep understanding of complex business models, trends, customer needs and changing market requirements. • Responsible for tracking the implementation progress of digitalization projects, monitoring milestones, controlling costs, and identifying potential risks to ensure successful on-time delivery.
