For our IE team, we are looking for an IE Engineer to help us drive Electrification & Automation Business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you. You’ll make an impact by • Identify and realize the optimization potentials for welding workstations. • Daily welding quality check, welder qualification assessment, welding process evaluation and optimization. Develop advanced welding technology to fit product requirements. • Responsible for manufacturing fixtures and tools development, including WI description or other production related documents creation and updates, etc. • Cooperate with other departments (such as LOC, RD) to work on new product introduction and production readiness. • Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, production optimization.

For our IT team, we are looking for an IT Engineer to help us drive IT infrastructure and OT-related network operations. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you. You’ll make an impact by • Manage secure device access across IT and OT network environments in compliance with Siemens cybersecurity standards and policies. • Design, plan, and implement stable, secure, and efficient IT/OT network architectures to support business and operational needs. • Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT/OT assets, and respond promptly to network issues, operational disruptions, and security incidents. • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of network security policies, standards, and procedures. • Collaborate closely with the cybersecurity team (CYS) on risk assessments, vulnerability management, and remediation initiatives. • Participate in cross-functional projects to enable the integration, enhancement, and optimization of IT and OT systems.
