加入西门子智能基础设施集团，成为零碳先锋，共创明日世界 西门子智能基础设施集团 (Siemens Smart Infrastructure, SI) 的业务涵盖能源系统、楼宇和工业，旨在通过集成软硬件、产品、系统和解决方案，改善人们的生活和工作方式，显著提高效率和可持续性。我们致力于打造更低碳、更智能、更灵活的基础设施，在楼宇科技、智慧园区、数据中心等领域，都有我们成功的项目案例。 在西门子电气及自动化业务单元，我们期待物料计划工程师岗位人才可以推动电气及自动化设备制造领域发展。 你将在这些领域发挥影响： • 物料计划与采购订单交付管理：负责日常物料计划排产，依据生产计划与客户订单需求制定物料需求计划，确保采购订单按时交付。跟进需求预测、订单变更及采购订单进度，重点管控专项物料、关键物料交期，提前识别交付风险 • 库存管控与库存优化：结合生产负荷、订单需求及供应商供货能力，动态管控整体库存水位，平衡库存周转与交付保障。运用ABC、RUS库存分类管理方法，优化寻源策略与库存结构，持续提升库存周转率、降低呆滞库存占比。定期开展库存数据分析，针对闲置、呆滞物料进行根因分析，推动库存消化、整改及优化闭环 • MRP运行与主数据维护：负责SAP系统MRP日常运行监控，保障MRP参数、物料主数据准确有效，确保物料需求运算逻辑正常、数据无误。规范维护物料基础数据，从源头规避因数据问题导致的缺料、错料、多采、呆滞等问题，保障物料计划体系稳定运行。 • 物料变更与版本管理：统筹物料全生命周期管理，负责新品物料导入、旧料替代、旧料淘汰（phase-in/phase-out）全流程管控。配合产品改版、工程变更，同步调整物料计划、采购及库存策略，规避新旧物料混用、库存积压、停产断料风险。 • 供应商交付协同与能力提升：联动采购团队，跟进供应商交付进度，协调内外资源解决供货延迟、返工、物料异常等问题。持续复盘供应商交付表现，推动供应商交付能力、供货稳定性改善，减少来料延期对生产和出货的影响。 • 流程优化与KPI绩效管理：监控库存、交付、周转等核心KPI指标，确保各项指标达成。持续梳理、优化内部计划流程及上下游信息流、实物流，提升整体供应链计划效率。通过数据复盘与问题溯源，落地改善措施，持续降本、提效、控呆滞。 • 其他工作分配：完成上级主管交办的各项临时性供应链计划相关工作。

You’ll make an impact by • Manage secure device access across IT and OT network environments in compliance with Siemens cybersecurity standards and policies. • Design, plan, and implement stable, secure, and efficient IT/OT network architectures to support business and operational needs. • Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT/OT assets, and respond promptly to network issues, operational disruptions, and security incidents. • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of network security policies, standards, and procedures. • Collaborate closely with the cybersecurity team (CYS) on risk assessments, vulnerability management, and remediation initiatives. • Participate in cross-functional projects to enable the integration, enhancement, and optimization of IT and OT systems.

For our Production team, we are looking for a production manager/supervisor to help us drive Electrification & Automation Business within Siemens and beyond. You’ll make an impact by • Daily production management, employee management, products quality control, material flow control etc. • Engaged in the internal performance supervision and improvement of department, accelerating lean operation and digital intelligence level • Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement culture and identifying, realization and controlling of optimization processes and working routines • Inter-departmental communication within manufacturing department. • Drive the solution with cross function team for abnormal cases during daily production running. • Direct and control operation including Production & Workshop policies and procedures, Production Planning & budget, Logistics Management, employment decisions regarding production personnel， workshop site management, including layout optimization, QEHS management, etc., and order execution control and problem solving to ensure timely delivery of orders. • Dealing with daily affairs, labor insurance supplies. • Abey and implement other tasks or responsibilities distributed by production manager.
