任职要求

-Bachelor degree or above in mechanical & electrical or other similar specialty.

-Solid project management or similar function experience, PMP certification is preferred

西门子机电科技（江苏）有限公司（简称SMCM）隶属于西门子数字化工业集团运动控制部。我们本着“精制”、“精智”和“精质”的愿景，借助于数字化仿真技术，通过引进先进的智能制造工艺，以及系统的质量控制流程，快速响应客户，为客户提供高性能、高质量和高性价比的伺服、主轴电机产品。

我们正在招聘一名项目经理（NPI），负责伺服和主轴电机产品从新产品导入、生产维护及生产退市\全生命周期的管理。该职位的核心职责是与国内外研发合作，组织协调公司各部门共同导入新产品，保证正常生产和交付。

你将在这些领域发挥影响力：
-Plan and setup of the product introduction project including project schedule, investment, budget  for NIP and TPI
针对新产品开发和转产产品规划产品导入的项目计划、投资及成本预算
-Monitoring and track product introduction project status, Project schedule deviation tracking as well as escalation
监控和跟踪新产品导入项目的状态，项目进度偏差的跟踪及升级
-Identify risks associated with production preparation in new product introduction and organize the project team to mitigate the risk
识别新产品导入项目中生产准备相关的风险，并组织项目团队消除风险
-Coordinating problem solving meeting (e.g. DFM, DFT deviation) 
协调问解决会议 (如可制造性,可测试性存在偏差)
-Change request analyze , change influence analyze , control implementation and change quality  control
产品变更管理，包括变更影响分析、变更导入和变更质量控制
-Coordinate trouble shooting during product introduction phase
