PurposeEnhance the competitiveness of the DI AUT portfolio and drive proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives within batteries verticals, and evaluate portfolio performance to strengthen DI AUT portfolio competitiveness. Support LCB Sales Organization for system & application & solution & life-cycle service business to enable DI AUT business higher growth. The Vertical Solution Architect engages in consultative technical discussions with customers to understand specific business challenges, industry trends, and technical pain points, and work closely with Account Managers to develop account-specific strategies. Involve all relevant portfolio stakeholders.Main responsibilities1. Positions Siemens as a trusted advisor:• Translates customer's complex technical requirements into clear technical vision / Digital Threads / Use cases and Scenarios. • Ensure clear technical documentation and solution presentations. Maintain strong technical knowledge of industry trends and competitive solutions, as well as broad knowledge of entire Siemens One Tech capabilities • Support the development of solution-based automation and digitalization concepts. • Act as a bridge between Account Managers, and drive technical aspects of business case development, and collaborate on complex technical proposals. • Orchestrates collaboration across internal (i.e. SI, DI AUT, DI SW, ADV, SFS) and external stakeholders (System Integrator, Delivery Partner) to co-create complex solutions. • Deliver market feedback to relevant parts of the organization 2. 1.负责动力电池零部件（上盖、塑料件等）的3D建模，详细设计，装配图及零件图设计 2.负责简单测试工装夹具的设计及3D建模，图纸绘制及发布。 3.负责BOM，图纸，设计规范、技术要点、检查要点等知识库文件的整理，及AI化工具的制作
1.根据电池/电源产品功能需求，完成BMS/电源/PMU（电源管理模块）硬件方案设计和详细设计； 2.负责BMS/PMU硬件关键器件选型、单板原理图设计和仿真； 3.负责制定PCB设计指标，输出PCB设计约束文件，审查PCB设计； 4.负责硬件测试用例及测试报告的审查，测试问题的定位解决； 5.配合软件、结构等相关开发人员完成产品的功能验证与设计优化； 6.跟进解决产品生产及使用中的技术问题，完成各阶段技术文档撰写； 7. 主动探索并运用各类AI工具优化日常工作流程，积极推动AI在业务场景中的落地实践，持续提升个人及团队的工作效率与产出质量；
1. 负责电池标准化组在无人车、机器人方向的业务项目规划与落地，主导从需求分析、方案设计到实施交付的全流程，确保项目按时高质量完成； 2. 深入理解业务场景与行业趋势，制定并推动电池标准化在无人车及机器人领域的应用方案，提升产品兼容性与规模化应用效率； 3. 协调内外部资源，推动跨部门协作，确保技术、产品、运营等多方目标对齐，保障项目顺利推进与业务目标达成； 4. 跟踪行业技术动态与政策导向，主导标准化相关的研究与输出，推动建立并完善电池标准化体系，支撑业务长期发展； 5. 负责项目全周期管理，包括进度控制、风险预警与复盘总结，持续优化项目管理流程，提升团队执行效率与项目成功率； 6. 带领团队完成业务目标，培养核心骨干，推动团队专业能力提升，为业务规模化拓展提供有力支撑。
1. 负责二轮车电池pack系统的标准化设计与开发，依据业务需求完成电芯、模组及pack结构的方案设计、仿真验证与测试，确保产品性能、安全性与可靠性符合行业标准及业务要求； 2. 主导或参与电池系统关键零部件的选型、供应商技术对接与质量管控，推动设计优化与成本控制，提升产品竞争力； 3. 制定并完善电池pack相关技术规范、测试标准与工艺文件，建立并维护产品技术档案，保障研发流程的规范性与可追溯性； 4. 跟踪电池技术发展趋势与行业动态，开展新技术、新材料的应用研究，推动产品迭代与技术创新，支持业务长期发展； 5. 协同电化学、结构、热管理等多领域团队，解决产品开发过程中的技术难题，确保项目按期高质量交付； 6. 负责相关技术文档的撰写与知识沉淀，参与团队内部技术分享，提升团队整体专业能力。
