• Experience in research/consulting companies and working in multi-national companies will also be considered.
• Advanced knowledge in finance, accounting, and risk analysis is a plus.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English language (both written & spoken), MS Office skills, and ERP skills.
• Advanced analytics skills and complex model interpretation are a must.

We have two legal entities in China: Siemens Finance Leasing Co., Ltd. which provides financial leasing services, and Siemens Commercial Factoring Co., Ltd. which provides factoring services. In addition, we also have offices in major cities to serve our customers nationwide.
For our Risk team, we are looking for a Credit Analyst to help us drive Risk initiatives within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you. 
 
You'll make an impact by   
• Performing transaction risk analysis on a daily basis, collaborating and interfacing with Sales Sector Head(s) to effectively manage new transaction deal pipeline.
• Conducting credit rating analysis and making the credit rating proposal.
• Preparing credit reports for authority holders to make informed lending decisions and take calculated risks.
• Conducting in-depth industry research and proposing solutions to address related risks and issues.
• Assisting in establishing risk management policy and guidelines, analyzing overdue/rescheduling customers, and performing ad-hoc tasks as required.
• If an authority holder, exercising lending or rating authority responsibly with prudent judgment.

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience planning, designing, and delivering large-scale events (e.g., seller summits, industry roundtables, regional conferences). - Background in e-commerce, cross-border trade, or B2B/B2C marketplace ecosystems. - Familiarity with Fujian's manufacturing and trade landscape. - Experience working with SMEs or manufacturers new to digital commerce. - Strong quantitative and analytical skills (including AI tools for data analysis) — ability to use data to identify opportunities and measure impact.
