•	Lead and manage the Logistics team, implementing logistics strategy, standards, and guidelines to ensure operational excellence and supply chain resilience
•	Drive logistics operations across sales distribution, production planning, operative purchasing, and warehouse management to ensure flexibility and responsiveness to customer demand
•	Monitor and optimize key performance indicators including delivery performance, inventory levels, and departmental budget to achieve strategic objectives
