You'll make an impact by
•	Develop and implement partner management strategies aligned with Siemens' market positioning and business objectives, including MBP initiatives
•	Conduct comprehensive partner data analysis to promote transparency of business development trends and provide actionable insights to management and cross-functional teams
•	Establish and maintain stable, long-term partnerships with key partners while actively developing and expanding the partner network to drive market penetration
•	Drive regional partner business growth through strategic initiatives and performance management to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives
•	Lead and drive top-tier partner projects in alignment with SI B sales team strategies to maximize business impact and market share
•	Facilitate and support the PTM team in executing global partner programs and initiatives to ensure consistent implementation across regions
