任职要求
l Master degree of power electronic with 3+ years of power electronic products design experience. Bachelor’s degree will need 5+ years’ experience. Drive product experience will be highly preferred电力电子专业硕士文凭，至少3年以上电力电子产品设计经验。学士学位需要5年以上设计经验。有变频器产品设计经验，会被优先考虑。 l Good knowledge of power electronic topology (2-level, 3-level, PFC, SVG, AFE…etc), 2-level inverter is a mandatory. 3-level/Soft-switching/PFC will be highly preferred. 精通常用电力电子拓扑。熟练掌握2电平变频器技术，有3电平、软开关技术或者功率因数校正经验的会被优先考虑。 l Mater the power electronic semi-conductor component selection. Master the power loss calculation. Master the gate driver design. SiC and gate driver design experience will be highly preferred. 精通电力电子半导体器件选型，损耗计算以及驱动电路设计。有碳化硅器件选型及驱动设计经验的会被优先考虑。 l Master the protection strategy (short circuit, over voltage, thermal). 3+ years’ experience of drive platform design will be highly preferred. 精通电力电子产品保护策略（短路，过压，过温）。3年以上变频器硬件平台设计经验会被优先考虑。 l Sensors and signal conditioning (grounding schemes, filters, A/D…). Job Brief: As a global leader in energy management and automation, Schneider Electric is seeking a skilled and motivated Embedded Firmware Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in firmware development especially in Electrical /Electronic field. As an Embedded Firmware Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and debugging of firmware for power converters (AC/DC, DC/DC, etc.). Responsibilities: · Design and implement embedded firmware for power converters such as AC/DC and DC/DC Converters. · Collaborate with hardware engineers to define and implement HAL(Drivers) and perform troubleshooting. · Design and implement RTOS/Communication/Boot/Cybersecurity, etc. · Create design documentation and conduct design reviews. · Optimize firmware for performance, efficiency, and reliability. · Ensure compliance with firmware design and coding standards. · Identify and mitigate potential risks in firmware designs. · Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in power electronics and firmware development. · Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Follow Schneider Electric project process, Lead R&D team to develop new electronic products for industry application including the specification, product concept design, circuit design and simulation, prototype assembly and product verification so as to meet the offer requirement. - Cooperate with correlated team member and related teams such as PCB layout engineers, Mechanical engineers, Firmware/Software engineers, and EMC test engineers to fulfill the design and resolve technical issues. - Follow Schneider Electric design process and deliver the design documents with high quality on time - Focus on the Power Quality acting as technical leader for Reactive Power compensation, Active Power Filter, Thyristor switch&Controller, Power Factor Correction, SVG, DVR and Detuned Reactor. - Technical leader to drive the power quality new offer launch and maintain existing offer. - Co-operate with colleagues to achieve product development goal. - Support industrialization team to ensure the delivery of the mass production - Complete other jobs assigned by line manager or leaders
• Lead testing and verification of power converters, power protection products and DC power distribution systems; develop and maintain stage-specific test plans and protocols per product requirements, design specs and relevant domestic & international standards. • Conduct multi-dimensional tests covering electrical performance, firmware, EMC, safety, reliability and components per schedules; identify and report issues, and support designers in troubleshooting. • Process, analyze and interpret test data to pinpoint potential risks and performance bottlenecks; deliver high-quality test reports & summaries, and maintain the defect database. • Partner closely with the R&D team to root-cause test-identified issues, track progress and drive defect closure. • Ensure agile and cost-effective test execution aligned with project delivery timelines. • Contribute to the development roadmap of the our new innovation lab, and advance its automation and digital transformation. • Establish the R&D test case database and streamlined test workflows to achieve end-to-end test coverage. • Mentor junior technical engineers.
