岗位名称: 服务销售工程师 汇报人: 南区销售经理 工作地: 武汉、福州、南昌、南宁、贵阳 岗位职责: · 负责所在区域服务业务的销售和推广; · 覆盖和维护所在区域的已装机客户,制定销售行动方案,提高客户粘性,挖掘全生命周期运维需求,达成销售指标: o传统业务:帮助客户产品的续保,备件,服务业务; o新业务:延续机器寿命解决方案,负责所有品牌的机器延寿 · 促进跨部门的业务合作,以及各项市场活动、重点项目的突破和落地。 任职
Job Responsibilities: Respond to overseas customer technical inquiries, fault reports, and urgent requests via phone, email, or remote tools, providing timely solutions. Conduct product installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting (including hardware devices and software systems) either onsite or remotely. Provide product training and technical guidance to customers, ensuring efficient product operation and maintenance. Draft and maintain technical documents, service reports, and case databases to enhance team knowledge sharing. Analyse customer feedback, identify root causes of recurring issues, and collaborate with R&D and Sales teams to drive product improvements. Follow international service processes and industry standards (e.g., ISO) to ensure service quality. Build strong relationships with overseas customers and partners, effectively managing cultural differences to enhance customer loyalty.
