任职要求
Qualifications - External - Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics Engineering preferred. - Experience: > 3-5 years of manufacturing supply chain planning experience. > Hands-on involvement in full-cycle New Product Introduction (NPI) projects/ Prior experience leading major supply chain crisis resolution / Proven track record in delivering supply chain optimization projects (e.g., reducing delivery lead time by ≥20%)/Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to achieve measurable results is a plus. - Language: Proficiency in English as a business language; French fluency is a strong advantage. - Skills: - Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle SCM). - Proficiency in Python/SQL for supply-demand modeling and VBA/Python/RPA/digital tools is preferred. - CSCP/CPIM certification is a plus. - Structured thinking and logical communication skills, with the mindset of teamwork.
