施耐德Electromechanics, Design Engineer

We are currently seeking Senior/experience/Junior Electromechanics Engineer to join our Energy R&D MVP team. This position will base in Shanghai Zhangjiang office. Energy R&D MVP team is responsible for MV secondary products and project development and maintenance. This position will report to the technical manager. The full scope of his/her responsibility includes all Electromechanics engineering activities needed to sustain and support development new project and mainenance project. 1. Find alternative solutions in accordance with the whole project objectives: Considering requirment and constrians from Marketing, industrial , quality ect.. 2. Be in charge of giving a detailed definition of the product. Solving key techncial issue in project phase. 3. Ensure to provide the right quality level of technical deliverables at each project development phase.such as technical specification, 2D,3D drawing, BOM, solution simulation report ect.. Assist the plant when mass production starts. 4. Working with quality and Globel Supplier Chain for quality issue solvement and cost reduction. 5. Define product and component verification plan and validation plan.and monitor verification/validation result. 6. Understand project management process and project risk management, provide support and quick technical action to reponse project needs. 7. Ensure new development products comply with relevant safety & environmental impact regulation and relevent standard requirement, such as GB, DL,SGCC , IEC ect.

The one on the position should take responsibility independently for the creation and maintenance of mechanical designs of Low Voltage Equipment. The responsibility includes all mechanical engineering activities as bellow but not limited: Find suitable solutions in accordance with the whole project objectives: quality, cost, schedule In charge of giving a detailed design of the product. Ensure to provide the right quality level of technical deliverables at each project development phase Design whole or partially the LV Equipment's mechanical assembly Keep improving the quality of Schneider LV Equipment & Enclosure Assist the production unit when mass production starts Understand project management, be an active team member in the project. Ensure products comply with relevant safety & environmental requirements.

- Follow Schneider Electric project process, Lead R&D team to develop new electronic products for industry application including the specification, product concept design, circuit design and simulation, prototype assembly and product verification so as to meet the offer requirement. - Cooperate with correlated team member and related teams such as PCB layout engineers, Mechanical engineers, Firmware/Software engineers, and EMC test engineers to fulfill the design and resolve technical issues. - Follow Schneider Electric design process and deliver the design documents with high quality on time - Focus on the Power Quality acting as technical leader for Reactive Power compensation, Active Power Filter, Thyristor switch&Controller, Power Factor Correction, SVG, DVR and Detuned Reactor. - Technical leader to drive the power quality new offer launch and maintain existing offer. - Co-operate with colleagues to achieve product development goal. - Support industrialization team to ensure the delivery of the mass production - Complete other jobs assigned by line manager or leaders
