任职要求 1.研究生及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、自动化、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2.熟悉深度学习与计算机视觉基本理论，掌握图像检测、分割、跟踪、分类等常见感知算法的原理与实现，了解雷达点云处理及多模态融合方法； 3.熟练掌握C/C++和Python编程语言，具备良好的代码规范与工程化能力，有ARM、GPU、NPU等端侧平台开发经验者优先； 4.熟悉至少一种深度学习框架（如PyTorch、TensorFlow），了解模型量化、剪枝、蒸馏等端侧模型优化技术； 5.具备一定的嵌入式Linux开发经验，了解交叉编译、内存管理、多线程…
