任职要求
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、机器人学、控制科学与工程等相关专业。 2、具有 3 年以上算法开发工作经验，在具身智能、机器人领域有深入研究和实践。 3、精通 Python、C++ 等编程语言，熟悉常用的机器学习和深度学习框架，如 TensorFlow、PyTorch 等。 4、具备扎实的数学基础，熟悉线性代数、概率论、最优化方法等。 5、有 VLM（视觉语言模型）/VLA（视觉语言对齐）开发经验者优先。 6、发表过 CVPR/ECCV/ICCV 等计算机视觉领域顶级会议论文者优先。 7、具备良好的团队协作能力和沟通能力，有强烈的责任心和创新精神。
工作职责
1、负责具身智能相关算法的设计、开发与优化，包括但不限于机器人运动规划、感知与决策融合算法等。 2、参与具身智能系统的架构设计与搭建，确保系统的高效性、稳定性和可扩展性。 3、与硬件团队紧密合作，实现算法在实际机器人硬件平台上的部署与验证。 4、跟踪具身智能领域的最新研究成果，将前沿技术融入到产品研发中。 5、指导初级工程师开展工作，推动团队整体技术能力提升。
