Minimum Qualifications: 
	Master's degree/above in thermal Engineering or related and 5+ years of technical experience with IC package thermal solution simulation
	Experience with Heat transfer fundamentals as they apply to electronics cooling. 
	Experience with thermal simulation software (such as Icepak, and Ansys). 
	Hands-on experience of thermal testing techniques.
