任职要求 任职要求： 1、学术背景 硕士及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、人工智能、自动化、电子工程、车辆工程、应用数学等相关专业。 2、技术能力 -扎实的深度学习理论基础，熟悉CNN、Transformer等经典网络结构，深入理解目标检测、语义分割等经典算法。 -熟悉3D目标检测相关方法，包括单目3D检测、BEV 3D检测、点云3D检测等主流方向。 -熟练掌握Python和PyTorch/TensorFlow等深度学习框架，能够独立完成模型的搭建、训练、调试与优化。 -具备扎实的编程基础，熟练使用C++进行算法开发，了解嵌入式系统部署流程，能解决模型量化、精度损失等问题。 3、综合素质 -具备较强的文献检索和英文阅读能力，能够快速跟进领域前沿进展。 -踏实好学，具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神。 -对自动驾驶场景…
