任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,5年以上消费类电子产品开发经验,3年以上PM经验,有宽带路由器类、手机产品PM经验者优先; 2、有一定的技术知识,对HW/SW/ME等有基本概念;熟悉PMP,熟悉消费类电子产品开发流程; 3、熟练使用Project,Excel,Power Point,Visio 等办公软件,能够使用PLM、ERP等系统软件; 4、良好的英语听说读写能力;逻辑清晰,沟通能力强;有海外工作或学习经历经验优先,有和海外项目和海外团队合作经验优先; 5、有团队合作精神;结果导向;有PMP证书者优先。
工作职责
1、负责路由器(支持蜂窝)类产品从评估到量产出货全生命周期项目管理工作; 2、在项目开发过程中,协调内部外资源,保证项目的开发进度; 3、制定项目开发计划,推动项目的进行,确保项目按时交付; 4、管控项目开发费用和产品成本,确保项目和产品费用控制在计划之内; 5、项目过程中与项目团队一起做好风险的识别管理和后续跟踪工作,确保产品的质量交付
1.负责团队重要项目的全流程项目管理,确保项目与公司业务目标保持一致,推动项目高效落地,助力业务增长与效率提升。 2.制定并优化项目管理体系、标准和流程,推广专业的项目管理理念,提升团队整体项目管理能力,让团队成员具备优秀的项目经理素养。 3.跟进任务进展,协调跨部门资源,推动项目按计划推进,监控项目时间、成本、质量和风险,确保高效交付,梳理各业务角色的日常作业流程,持续优化和标准化业务流程,逐步提升团队工作效率。 4.组织跨团队项目管理培训,提升团队项目管理意识和能力,推动项目管理理念在团队中的广泛应用。 5.定期总结项目与效能优化成果,推动知识沉淀和最佳实践分享。 1. Initiate and manage complex projects from design and development to implementation, including team coordination and problem resolution 2. Create and maintain project management tools to facilitate effective communication and execution 3. Build trust and credibility with stakeholders through effective engagement 4. Tailor project and change management approaches to foster team cohesion and accountability 5. Assist in the transition of new groups and act as a resource as needed

Manage IT Technical Project Delivery as below: 1.Understand client’s requirements, contract scope and the scenarios. 2.Responsible for planning, coordination, supervision and execution of project according to the agreement and budget plan. 3.Define project requirement scope and identify solutions consistent with defined terms methodology, policy and regulations. 4.Closely work with project team, product team and client, to ensure effective communications and expectation can be delivered to relevant parties of the projects. 5.Monitor project status and handle the risks / issues to ensure the design and quality are delivered as planned. 6.Establish and maintain standard project management guideline, workflow and best practices to improve project performance. 7.Prepare and submit internal documents to be compliant with the company policy.
Monitor product user experience (quality) metrics and provide valuable local insights to HQ teams.Regularly conduct product user experience testing, in-depth competitor analysis, and local user research to identify any product quality defects and gaps compared to competitors.Support local UX research to gain insights into user behavior and pain points specific to the EU market.Collaborate with other teams to address user pain points and improve overall product quality.Utilize data analysis skills to analyze product user experience (quality) metrics and user behavior data.Support building data dashboards and establish data systems for comprehensive product user experience quality analysis.
