工作职责


Job Description
1.Channel Construction: Key account channel strategy formulation and promotion of landing TCO (total channel offering). The system establishment (resource matching), shortlisting and management of key account. To maintain a long-term and in-depth cooperative relationship with customers and achieve channel sales targets.            
2.Customer Management: Be responsible for the sales volume of key account, effectively improve customer satisfaction and brand cooperation, also promote the achievement of sales and share targets.            
3.Product Marketing: Following the products on counter display. To land the main promotion marketing.
Regional Align and Team Management: Aligning and promoting the implementation of regional marketing, promoting the achievement of business indicators and business empowerment of key accounts.            
4.According to the market dynamics, combined with the channel strategy of key accounts, promote the construction of market image and create a strong terminal image.            
5.According to the market information research feedback and regional market visits, find and promote the improvement of regional problems, improve the performance of core customers. 
6.Complete other business related work assigned by superior.

Requirement
1.Bachelors Degree required.
2. At least over 5 years' experience of channel management or retail management in consumer electronics industry or related fields.
3. Knowledge of mobile devices or wireless communication product market preferred.
4. Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (verbal and written).
5. Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple partners
6. Ability to work in a team environment.
7. Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions.
