越南MKT&零售经理 Job Description 1.Assist in developing integrated marketing plans for key products, coordinate with relevant departments and MKT suppliers to ensure plan implementation, and evaluate the execution effect. 2.Actively participate in retail and MKT work in , assisting these countries in improving sales orders (SO) and achieving performance targets through various retail and marketing strategies. 3.Market Expense Management: Assist priority countries in formulating annual, quarterly, and monthly market expense budgets, allocate resources reasonably, monitor budget implementation, analyze the efficiency of market expense utilization, and reduce low-performance marketing investment projects. 4.MKT Supplier Management: Lead the selection of key country MKT suppliers, contract negotiations, daily business collaboration, and supplier performance evaluation. 5.Manage other market resources (e.g., demonstration prototypes, MKT prototypes, dummy units, POSM materials, gifts, etc.), maintain inventory management (inflow, outflow, and stock), and promptly support the needs of key countries. 6.Assist priority countries in carrying out related MKT and retail tasks, including product launches, social media operations, media purchasing, PR management, promotion development, and sales team management. Requirement 1.Bachelors Degree required. 2.over 5 years of work experience in MKT or retail within the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry. 3.Familiar with core MKT functions, operational models, and relevant evaluation metrics. 4.Proficient in basic methods to improve sales orders (SO). 5.Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written). 6.Strong communication and collaboration skills. 7.Preferred to have graphic design skills and be able to use design software such as Adobe Photoshop to create attractive marketing materials, including posters, flyers, social media graphics, and promotional images, to enhance brand visual appeal and support various marketing and retail activities.
岗位职责 1. 主导东南亚(重点越南)3C品类在Shopee、Lazada、TikTok Shop等核心平台的商品上架、页面优化、推广策略、库存管理等全流程运营,制定适配区域市场差异化的运营策略,协同多平台资源,提升整体运营效率与市场份额。 2. 策划并执行东南亚区域重点大促活动,制定多平台流量增长计划(含SEO/SEM、社媒引流、内容种草等)、分层促销机制及动态广告投放方案(Shopee Ads/Lazada Ads/TikTok Ads等);实时监控GMV、转化率、ROI等核心指标,动态调整流量分配与资源投入,保障销售目标超额达成。 3. 构建区域核心运营指标体系(GMV、转化率、客单价、复购率等),通过数据分析(熟练使用Excel/Google Sheets、Power BI等工具)定位问题与机会点,精准洞察用户行为,定向优化广告投放策略,持续提升ROI与用户价值。 4. 研究东南亚(重点越南)电商政策、竞品动态及文化偏好,推动3C产品适配本地需求(如功能、包装、定价等);协同供应链、物流、支付团队,解决跨境支付、物流时效、售后响应等痛点,合作本地服务商(如物流商、支付网关、KOL等),提升用户购物体验与复购率。
1、负责品牌商家运营的策略制定,包括整体业务目标拆解,商家入驻增长策略、货品策略&佣金策略、政策管理等,与业务团队合作,提高品牌商家的规模与收入; 2、整合市场分析和行业趋势,能有效通过数据分析、行业研究等方式定位业务机会和挑战,并制定战略计划,推动业务落地; 3、主动探索创新的、效果或效率更佳的运营策略,并能够带领团队进行MVP测试,通过测试能够证明或证伪运营策略。
1、对接越南当地的业务团队,明晰产品诉求,打通跨部门资源,支持业务增长; 2、与东南亚团队合作完成对市场趋势、消费行为、行业情况(如市场细分和机会规模)的外部分析,为产品运营提供解决方案和建议; 3、评估平台中不同特征产品的表现,评估项目负责人或品类运营的提议与措施; 4、管理B端产品运营、项目规划、报告和推广,包括但不限于推广项目、监控项目进度、管理目标和预算、控制预算以及审查项目成果,确保项目符合业务需求; 5、与其他职能团队合作,促进治理、战略、数据和产品团队的优化。
1、负责规划和执行国际电商合作伙伴(TSP)的招聘和发展,设计TSP招募策略并落地招商; 2、制定TSP的管理和支持政策,负责TSP的日常管理,包括但不限于准入、考核、清退、风控等,保障TSP日常运营,推动达成业绩目;分析服务指标,明确TSP能力现状,制定提升方向并定期复盘,沉淀输出经营方法论; 3、为TSP提供持续的支持和培训,分析TSP团队架构、经营人效等,根据业务发展规划,给予合理意见,组织并实施TSP团队技能培训和赋能,提升TSP团队作战力; 4、充分了解越南电商市场现状,对越南电商格局有较为深刻的洞见;通过整合、协调内外部资源,推动整体策略方案输出落地; 5、越南本土TSP生态培养,包括但不限于举办行业交流会、TSP研讨会等。
