职责模块：ESG战略支持; 职责描述:根据ESG发展战略，组织制定关键实施路径，推动支持相关行动项落实及ESG管理指标持续改进，并策划ESG品牌传播；; 权重:10%%。 职责模块：双碳战略支持; 职责描述:根据双碳战略，制定节能降碳路线，组织各产业进行控碳、节能环保、绿色产品、绿色供应链等工作；; 权重:40%%。 职责模块：绿色产品专项; 职责描述:负责支持产业进行产品绿色化创新设计工作，推动将循环经济理念贯穿产品设计过程；; 权重:30%%。 职责模块：ESG报告及评级; 职责描述:组织编制年度ESG报告及各类专项报告，规划并支持各产业ESG相关评级、认证及CSR审核工作；; 权重:10%%。 职责模块：ESG能力建设; 职责描述:协助各产业建立ESG能力及组织，监测并研究国内外ESG政策变化，建立ESG风险预警和处理机制，协同产业支持业务合规运作；; 权重:10%%。
1.对标国际认可机构要求，调研盘点并输出建议供内部评估可行性； 2.收集信息和数据，规划和推进外部机构评级工作； 3.系统性策划并制定专业报告，向董事会、法定机构传达公司在ESG领域的工作成效； 4.对外相关群体主动传播ESG领域的工作进展。
1.基于部门的战略发展，在业务负责人支持指导下，进行企业公益和企业基金会相关工作，包括：负责项目策划、实施相关活动，拓展公益资源，与项目利益相关方良好沟通、保持长期友好合作关系； 2.定期向上级领导和项目相关支持方汇报、反馈项目进展情况； 3.为其他部门提供相关业务支持和服务； 4.完成上级交代的其他工作。
Oversee HK and PRC asset portfolio to maximize operational and financial performance. Manage asset enhancement, CAPEX, financial modeling (NPV, IRR, DCF), and project acquisition. Assist in Asset Plan formulation with budgets, forecasts, and analysis. Implement leasing, management, and ESG initiatives. Assess property performance and market position. Coordinate with internal teams to achieve KPIs. Conduct market research and prepare management reports. Maintain tenant and stakeholder relationships.
