工作描述
任职要求 1. Advanced degree (PhD or Master's) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; 2. Scientific proficiency: solid skills in at least 2 of the following items: Digital signal processing, linear algebra, probability theory; Still picture and/or video coding, processing; Basic understanding of hybrid video coding frameworks and familiarity with at least one of video coding standards (such as H.264, H.265/HEVC, VVC, VP9, AV1), at least a brief acquaintance with new video coding tools included into ECM; ML/AI-based signal processing, NN architectures and NN training methods. Expertise in the following fields or experience with the following software would be a big plus: Hands-on experience with reference / test model / exploration model software (such as JM, KTA, HM, JEM, VTM, ECM), hands-on abilities to analyze, modify, refactor and port coding tools (preferably in VTM/ECM); experience with NNVC is…
