任职要求
1、大学以上学历,光学等相关专业学科;
2、3年以上面板光学设计工作经验,能独立进行材料的开发和验证;
3、熟练使用光学工具,如zemax,CODEV,light tooling…工作职责
1、中小尺寸面板光学设计和评估,负责设计文件的编写,光学测试和验证,产品不良的解析和分析报告编写; 2、开展面板光学相关新技术开发及技术公关; 3、光学相关的新材料或新技术开发及验证; 4、技术专利的撰写。
1.负责Panel/PCB/COF的结构设计和出图 2.负责MNT /TV/CID 背光模组的产品开发可行性评估,结构设计和出图以及BOM构建和审核 3.负责设计成本分析,选材和供应商选定,确保成本优势 4.负责项目试产/量产阶段,和可靠性验证阶段,模组结构相关问题的分析和解决 5.负责产品模具发出,结构部品承认工作
- Manage the marketing procurement categories i.e. Creative and Ads production, Events, social media and media categories in regional and country level. - Selects suppliers & agencies in accordance with category strategy and manages them from a portfolio perspective - Drive marketing team towards early and accurate creation of purchase requisitions in compliance with all purchasing policies. - Maintains a database of agency/supplier capabilities and interviews agencies to assess their suitability, making recommendations for engagement. - Work cross functionally with the marketing departments as well as supplier management. - Manage Procurement process from RFQs through PO release by selecting from the panel, advocates strategy, analyses and benchmarks result and negotiates with the suppliers. - Reviews, and manages the contracts and supplier/agency negotiations and feedback; tracks key contracts & expiration dates to ensure proactivity. - Initializes rate cards & staffing plans to bring efficiency to the sourcing, benchmarking & negotiations processes - Make recommendations for procurement strategies, processes & procedures by utilizing analytics and market intelligence. - Pro-actively develops and manages key stakeholders, suppliers, and agencies; develops relationships, completes scorecards, communicates feedback. - Follows the SOPs and policy set by the Procurement Guidelines and educates colleagues on best practices and ways of working. - Ensure procurement processes are transparent, ethical and complied with legal requirement and compliance policies. - Assist in the development of KPIs and SLAs for suppliers.
1、参与项目中Panel RFI光学规格,分解成panel设计和array\EL工艺规格; 2、识别Panel设计、工艺、材料等风险,输出和维护风险管理表,针对风险进行分析和验证,提出风险预防和改善措施,支撑项目开发&交付; 3、主导产品开发过程中的工艺过程管理,包含工艺参数点检和关键参数监控; 4、主导项目过程中Panel工艺相关问题的解析,评估改善措施,牵头问题改善; 5、主导Panel Design checklist的建设和维护,并根据用户端失效案例完善checklist。定期点检Panel测试用例、设计规范、项目认证表、应用指导的不足之处,推动和参与其更新完善。 6、负责制定面板厂的工艺能力目标,输出供应商工艺能力提升计划和能力比较; 7、根据Panel新设计、新技术、新材料、新工艺的趋势分析,结合预研项目提前提前开展“四新”白盒化研究。 8、定期与Panel DR专家岗轮岗。
