任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，大三/研一二在读。计算机相关专业；具备扎实的计算机科学基础，熟悉数据结构、算法、操作系统等核心知识； 2、有大模型、NLP、强化学习或多智能体系统相关的课程学习、项目实践或竞赛经验者优先； 3、有使用 LangChain、AutoGPT、MetaGPT 等 Agent 框架进行开发或复现的经验者优先； 4、有 Python 开发经验，参与过至少一个完整的算法或工程项目者优先，有大模型微调经验优先； 5、专业知识储备： 掌握 Transformer 架构、大模型预训练 - 微调范式等核心原理，熟悉提示工程的底层逻辑； 理解向量嵌入…
