任职要求 1、硕士及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业，1-5年广告Ranking、推荐系统、搜索算法相关工作经验优先； 2、精通召回、粗排、精排全链路算法，有信息流、搜索场景算法优化经验，熟悉点击率（CTR）、转化率（CVR）、后效预估等建模方法； 3、具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习基础，熟练使用TensorFlow/PyTorch等框架，能独立完成模型设计、训练、部署与迭代； 4、拥抱AI/Agentic趋势，有大模型与Ranking链路结合经验（如大模型辅助特征工程、智能决策）者优先； 5、具备良好的工程落地能力，能解决高并发、低延迟场景下的技术难题，有大规模数据处理经验者优先。 工作职责 【团…
