任职要求
【任职资格】 1、2025届及以后毕业，本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业； 2、熟悉数据结构、算法、计算机网络和操作系统；熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于：Kotlin、Swift、Python、Ruby等； 3、热爱计算机科学，对移动产品有浓厚的兴趣，对新技术保持热情，具备良好的分析、解决问题的能力； 4、有客户端或前端技术经验的加分； 5、每周可出勤4-5天，长期实习4-6个月以上； 6、需base北京线下实习。
工作职责
1、负责小红书客户端（Android/IOS）研发； 2、深度参与需求的讨论、开发、发版、维护等环节； 3、参与App性能、稳定性等方面的改进与优化； 4、参与客户端基础组件和架构设计、以及工具链的研发, 推进研发效率。
