任职要求
在校学生或应届毕业生，数据科学、统计学、计算机科学、数学或相关专业优先。 有相关实习经历或实际数据分析项目经验的优先。 熟悉Python编程，了解常用的数据分析包（如Pandas、NumPy）。 熟悉SQL，能够编写基本的数据库查询。 具备较强的Excel技能，能够使用函数、数据透视表和图表等工具。 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够在快节奏的环境中工作。
工作职责
使用Python进行数据处理和分析，编写简单的脚本以自动化重复任务。 编写SQL查询，从数据库中提取相关数据。 运用Excel进行数据整理、分析及可视化，制作报告和仪表盘。 协助团队完成其他数据分析相关的任务和项目。

1、负责搭建区域团队内部数据库及看板，负责运营管理数据体系落地； 2、负责区域团队运营管理数据分析工作，对各类发现的问题，进行跟踪、定位、分析等工作，并可给出建议改善点，并追踪改进情况； 3、深度了解区域运营管理，搭建对应指标预警体系，监督运营团队完成运营管理相关指标，并监控日常运营指标波动，且协同运营团队分析出原因并制定对应解决方案； 4、不定期进行专题分析，引导区域运营管理数据分析流程化。
