工作职责
1、负责CV 、NLP、多模态相关算法研发，面向包括但不限于多模态分类、图像分类、文本分类、目标检测、图像分割、内容质量评价等，在小红书商业/交易治理体系中落地风险防控能力； 2、负责包括但不限于预训练、SFT、RL、多模态表征、Agent搭建、AutoPE、RAG等，持续优化并时刻保持技术先进性，将业界SOTA模型落地并改进以获取审核业务线上收益； 3、负责算法和系统迭代与进化，能够深入小红书业务场景，结合实际需求进行技木落地和创新。
