任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，具备扎实的计算机基础和良好的工程实践能力。 2、熟练掌握 Java / Golang / Python 中至少一种开发语言，具备后端系统设计、开发和问题排查经验。 3、熟悉平台型系统常见设计问题，包括高可用、可扩展性、可观测性、异步任务、权限控制、数据建模、审计追踪等。 4、理解 DevOps、AIOps、SRE、生产保障或云原生相关场景，能够从工程体系和业务流程角度分析并解决问题。 5、对大模型、Agent、RAG、知识工程、提示词工程或 AI 工程化方向有实践经验或明确兴趣。 加分项 1、有 AIOps、SRE 工具链、可观测性平台、故障治理、变更风险分析或生产保障平台建设经验。 2、有 Agent 应用、RAG、…
