工作职责

【The Role】
This role focuses on identifying and backing AI investment opportunities with the potential to shape the future. You will source high-potential companies, lead rigorous diligence, drive investment decisions, and execute transactions end to end—while building deep conviction in selected AI-driven technology verticals.
【What You’ll Do】
- Source opportunities: Proactively identify, screen, and engage high-potential and high-growth companies aligned with core investment themes.
- Lead diligence: Own end-to-end diligence across market sizing, technology feasibility, business model, team, financials, and key risks.
- Drive decisions: Produce clear, data-backed investment memos with explicit thesis, valuation perspective, and risk analysis.
- Execute transactions: Lead or coordinate deal execution, including term sheets, structuring, legal review, and closing.
- Portfolio management: Monitor portfolio performance and maintain ongoing engagement with founders post-investment.

1. 项目拓展（Source）：围绕核心投资主题，主动识别、筛选并触达高潜力/高成长公司，建立项目储备与持续管线。
2. 主导尽调（Diligence）：端到端负责尽调工作，包括市场空间、技术可行性、商业模式、团队质量、财务情况及关键风险评估。
3. 推动决策（Decision）：撰写结构清晰、数据支撑充分的投资备忘录（Investment Memo），明确投资逻辑（Thesis）、估值观点与风险分析。
4. 交易执行（Execution）：牵头或协调推进交易落地，涵盖条款清单（Term Sheet）、交易结构设计、法务审阅与交割等关键环节。
5. 投后管理（Portfolio）：持续跟踪被投公司表现，与创始团队保持沟通与支持，推动投后合作与价值创造。
