工作职责
职位描述： 1、负责&带领内容安全领域 AI Agent对应团队、业务的后端核心设计，应对快速变化的业务需求，保证服务的高性能与高可用； 2、完成智能体Multi Agent技术架构的设计和落地，通过多Agent协同处理复杂业务流程； 3、搭建适应 AI 业务特性的后端基础设施，负责和多个大模型服务的调度模块，不断优化模型的调用链路，构建可复用的服务能力。
