工作职责
1、负责 AI Agent 平台核心架构设计与研发,构建高扩展性的 Agent 编排引擎、意图路由与多轮对话管理系统 2、设计并实现 Agent 运行时框架,涵盖动态图编排、ReAct 推理循环、上下文管理与特征流水线等关键模块 3、构建标准化的 Agent 工具体系(Tool Protocol),实现工具的声明式注册、并行调度、熔断降级与结果溯源 4、负责大模型应用层工程落地,包括 Prompt 工程化、流式推理链路、多模型路由与实验分桶体系 5、持续优化系统性能与可靠性,保障高并发场景下的低延迟响应与服务稳定性
