工作职责
1. Develop a comprehensive and iterative data privacy governance framework by gaining in-depth understanding of the Company's business operations and data lifecycle, and by incorporating external signals including applicable laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. 2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to translate data privacy requirements into necessary policies, processes, solutions, technical infrastructure, and employee awareness initiatives, while proactively identifying compliance risks from a business perspective. 3. Drive the implementation of the data privacy governance framework through dedicated initiatives and mechanisms, continuously elevating and sustaining the Company's overall data privacy posture. 4. Lead the incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation of internal and external data privacy and security incidents.
Operations monitoring & support Assist in schedule adjustments and staffing reallocations based on live demand and operational needs. Track adherence to schedules and promptly communicate deviations to supervisors for corrective action. Performance reporting & data analysis Log daily occurrences and prepare basic performance reports(SLA, AHT, occupancy). Support the creation of dashboards and visualizations using sheets to highlight key operational trends. Assist in the analysis of budget vs. actual spend, helping identify variances and efficiency opportunities. Cross‑functional communication & alignment Interact with operational teams and leaders to ensure alignment on service indicators and resource plans. Communicate in portuguese and english to support local and international stakeholders. Participate in WFM and budget review meetings, documenting action items and follow ups.

1. 支持阿里云自研云原生数据库PolarDB PolarFS2.0开发，支持百PB级存储规模横向扩展，构建多点读写挂载能力，基于OSS通用存储池打造多存储介质的cloud-tier分层存储和自动冷热分层； 2. 对接PolarDB PG多模态、PolarDB IMCI、PolarSearch、Polar4AI的I/O需求和性能优化； 3. 基于CXL内存池，参与和PolarDB数据库内核团队深度配合的全链路协同研发&优化； 4. 制定稳定性策略，寻找并解决产品系统中的潜在风险和瓶颈，覆盖线上疑难杂症问题，确保系统的安全可靠； 5. 理解业务战略及重点，基于业务需求作出高可用、高可靠、高拓展性的技术架构规划和落地。
职位亮点： 加入公司级核心数据智能体 DataAgent 的基建团队，打造"最懂你的数据AI搭子"，让海量数据真正"说话"，直接赋能快手直播、电商、商业化、生活服务、海外等全业务线的数据分析与决策场景；站在大模型与大数据的交叉前沿，构建数据领域的 AI Agent 基础设施——包括多模态意图理解、工具编排调度、SQL智能生成与执行、数据看板解读、AB实验分析、报告自动产出等核心能力，让 AI 真正成为数据从业者的全天候智能助手；直面超高并发与海量数据的工程挑战，设计支撑日均千亿级数据服务调用 + 大模型推理请求融合的 Agent 调度架构，在复杂业务场景中锤炼高可用、高扩展、低延迟的系统架构能力，推动数据平台向智能化全面跃迁。 1、负责 DataAgent 智能体基础设施的核心架构设计与研发，包括 Agent 交互调度引擎、工具注册与编排框架、多轮对话状态管理、意图路由与任务规划等核心模块，为数据分析、数据开发、数据运维等全场景提供坚实的 Agent 技术底座； 2、构建数据领域 Agent 的工具层（Skills/Tools）集成能力，将Hive/ClickHouse/Bleem SQL 执行引擎、KwaiBI看板解读、AB实验分析、Python数据分析等数据服务能力标准化接入 Agent 工具调用链路，实现"问一句数据，全流程自动完成"的一站式体验； 3、设计并实现大模型推理服务与数据服务的融合调度架构，优化 Agent 在高并发场景下的响应延迟与资源利用率，保障多入口（消息号、独立页、KwaiBI/天工侧边栏、AI In Place、Agent as Tool）的全渠道服务体验一致性与稳定性； 4、探索并落地大模型在数据领域的深度应用，包括：自然语言交互式数据查询与分析、SQL智能生成与自动纠错、看板波动归因解读、实验效果智能分析、数据血缘追踪与补数据方案生成、自动化洞察报告与 HTML/Docs 报告产出等，持续提升 DataAgent 的智能化水平与业务价值； 推动 DataAgent 与公司内部生态的深度集成以及 KwaiBI、天工、数据地图、天工IDP 等数据产品内的嵌入式交互能力建设，扩大 DataAgent 的触达范围与使用场景； 5、持续优化 Agent 的数据安全与权限管控机制，确保数据分析过程遵循公司数据权限规范鉴权，分享内容可见范围可控，在智能化与安全性之间取得最优平衡。
