工作描述
任职要求
具体职责：
1. 业务平台建设： 参与业务基础设施与平台能力建设，如POI、长连网关、动态配置平台等，保障相关技术能力在各业务场景带来业务价值。
2. 国际化能力建设： 参与建设i18n、l10n、内容翻译等国际化业务核心功能迭代与模块开发，在导师指导下，协助推进老旧服务的重构、模块解耦与服务化改造，提升系统可维护性与扩展性。
3. 安全合规改造： 参与海外业务数据迁移、域名合规改造、B端平台改造、研发流程机制改造，确保系统符合 GDPR/CCPA 等国际合规标准。
4. 稳定性建设： 参与海外业务系统稳定性建设，包括核心链路监控告警、SLO 指标、故障复盘与预案建设，协助推动系统从"能用"走向"稳定可靠"。
