3、熟悉高并发系统与常见稳定性手段（监控告警、限流降级、容灾、可观测性）；
4、责任心强、能独立作战，中英文皆可工作，能与中国总部高效协同；
5、加分项：有风控 / 业务安全 / 内容安全 / 审核领域背景，或跨国系统落地 / 运维经验。
