任职要求 1、计算机、软件工程或相关专业在校生，具备扎实的数据结构、算法和计算机基础，熟练掌握 Java、Go、Python 中至少一种编程语言。 2、熟悉 Linux 和 Git 开发环境，具备良好的工程能力，能够独立定位问题、阅读现有代码、编写测试并完成可维护的功能交付。 3、了解 MySQL、Redis、MQ 等常用基础组件，理解分布式系统中的一致性、幂等、重试、并发控制和故障恢复等基本问题。 4、了解大模型基本原理、常见模型能力与 API 调用方式，能够从平台和用户视角理解模型接入、权限、容量、预算及用量管理需求。 5、有强烈的责任心、学习能力和自驱力，具备良好的沟通协作能力；能够熟练使用 Codex、Claude Code 等 AI 编程工具，同时对需求理解、技术方…
