任职要求
1. Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering, Micro-electronics or any other relative majors in sciences. 2. >4 years (for bachelor) or >2 years (for master) in semiconductor industry, and get a comprehensive understanding of fab/assembly process for memory products. 3. Be familiar with the fundamentals of semiconductor testing. 4. Experienced on Automatic Test Equipment for memory, such as Advantest T5 series or Teradyne Magnum series. 5. Be familiar with APG/ALPG pattern development. 6. C/C++/JAVA and other coding capabilities. 7. Understand flash/DRAM product feature, performance, reliability indicators and operation algorithms. 8. Capable of flash/DRAM process and design defect identification through electrical testing. 9. Good analytical skills, Capable of statistical data analysis and data mining. 10. Good communication skills to work efficiently with multi-functional groups across different department and "location". Willing to travel domestic or abroad. 11. Proactive, self-motivated, result/goal oriented, able to take pressure and work under tight schedule.
工作职责
1. Be responsible of Flash Memory test program development and validation on varies test platforms. Ensure delivery of test program in time. 2. Be responsible for test failure analysis and investigation of customer device/application issue during both product development and mass manufacturing period. 3. Define test flow, test methodology and test specifications for package level test to meet product qualification requirement, and consistently drive test time reduction and yield improvement during mass production. 4. Be responsible for data analysis and failure analysis during both product development and mass manufacturing period, and identify the device failure mechanism for continuous design and (fab & assembly) process improvement. 5. Identify device internal failure mechanism through electrical failure analysis. 6. Feedback product issues to designers and process engineers. 7. Support validation hardware development with HW engineers and test platform conversion during mass production. 8. Work with cross functional teams to improve sort and/or class yield. 9. Support test HW validation and develop test program on varieties of test platforms.

1)参与无人机和机器人产品的可靠性需求分析,制定可靠性评估计划,运用可靠性工程理论和方法,进行故障模式与影响分析、故障树分析、危害分析等,识别潜在的故障模式和影响;分析产品与系统安全可靠性数据,评估安全可靠性水平,提出改进措施; 2)制定可靠性测试计划,搭建测试环境,进行可靠性测试,基于数据角度分析测试结果,评估产品与系统可靠性水平,提供测试报告; 3)参与产品或者系统的可靠性设计工作,运用可靠性设计技术,如降额设计、冗余设计、故障诊断设计等; 4)参与硬件、机电、结构部件的寿命评估、耐久分析、加速寿命试验设计、数据处理分析等; 5)参与制定和优化产品的可靠性验证标准和规范。
